What we do and how we work.
Winnick & Associates, LLC will engage with your company's management team to develop a solid understanding of your current and future business challenges. Depending on the size of your company, we can either work directly with the CEO and act as a contractor-CIO (Chief Information Officer), or we can work collaboratively with your CIO to augment and bolster their capabilities.
Once we understand your company's unique situation, we will draw upon a variety of tools and experienced judgement to help design Information Solutions that directly support your business strategy.
Next, we will help you select and manage a team to implement the Information Solutions project. We can either help you develop your own in-house team to develop the project, or we can act as a one-stop-shop to recruit a team and develop the project using subcontractors managed by Winnick & Associates.
Finally, we can act as the project manager to insure a smooth implementation.
