
Robert Shackelford, PhD - Database Architect & Designer
Dr. Shackelford has worked in the fields of information and human systems since 1990. As an analyst, designer, developer and project manager, he has helped public utilities, transportation agencies, NASA, and the Department of Defense develop systems for creating pertinent and timely information from raw data. He has experience with small and large-scale information technology projects and has an intrinsic focus on creating and systems which support the aspirations of people and organizations. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, a M.E. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, a M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University, and a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
